Who we are

Fitzdares takes bets online, in the app and by telephone, text and email. We are registered in England and Wales under number 05478072 and hold a Gambling Commission licence, account 400, for remote betting and casino services offered to customers in Great Britain.

Your account

You must be at least 18, live in the UK or the Republic of Ireland, and be physically there whenever you gamble with us. Each person may hold a single account. A second account leads us to suspend or close your accounts and void the bets placed on them. We run automated age and identity checks when you register and may ask for documents if those checks are not conclusive.

Placing bets

A bet stands once we confirm it with a receipt or it shows in your open or settled bets, and it cannot be changed or cancelled after that. Odds on screen are a guide and can move with stake size and market conditions. We can void bets struck at an obvious pricing error, bets placed after the result is known and bets accepted without enough funds in the account.

Casino play

Each casino wager is limited to winnings of £100,000, with a ceiling of £500,000 over any 7-day period, unless a game or promotion states otherwise. If you notice an error in a game, tell us straight away. We may recover any advantage gained from a fault and refuse play that relies on systems designed to beat the house edge.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept debit cards, including through Apple Pay, and bank transfers we have agreed with you in writing. Credit cards are not accepted for gambling. The smallest deposit is £10, and winnings go back to the card or bank account that funded the account. All transactions are screened, and we may ask where your funds came from before a withdrawal is paid.

Promotions

Every offer carries its own terms covering eligibility, wagering and expiry. Free bets and other promotional awards cannot be cashed out, and only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. Abuse of an offer, such as running several accounts, means we remove the bonus and the winnings it produced.

Changes and closure

We post changes to these terms on our website, and continuing to bet afterwards means you accept them. You can close your account by contacting our brokers, and any undisputed balance is returned to your registered payment method.
